West Virginia Most Likely State for Deer-Car Collisions

Deer don’t look both ways before they cross, and it’s costing insurance companies some serious money. In the state of West Virginia, the problem is even more pronounced, as State Farm recently declared it the most likely location for drivers to end up colliding with a deer. Now, in an effort to reduce the number of deer on car collisions, State Farm is partnering with the Department of Natural Resources and West Virginia’s Department of Transportation to look into possible ways to reduce the number of incidents.
